Chris Watson is a sound recordist with a particular and passionate interest in recording the wildlife sounds of animals, habitats and atmospheres from around the world. As a freelance recordist for film, tv & radio, Chris specialises in natural history and documentary location sound together with track assembly and sound design in post production.
Recently he collaborated with sound artist Benny Nilsen from Stockholm to produce 'Storm' which combines the music and raw power of an anti-cyclonic weather system stirring up the coast of North East England, its development out over the North Sea and the final descent onto the island of Gotland in the Baltic.
